All of our inspectors have met all of the requirements set forth by the State of Tennessee, passed the state exam for Home Inspectors, and are licensed by the state, as well as being fully insured. (General liability insurance, errors and omission insurance)
All of our inspectors meet and exceed the continuous education requirments set forth every year by the State of Tennessee licensing board, and by the organizations and associations of which they are members, which include the following:
AHIT, (American Home Inspectors Training Institute), InterNACHI, (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), and HITA, (Home Inspectors of Tennessee Association). In addition, all of our home inspectors come from the home construction and service industries, which include carpenters, plumbers, termite inspectors, etc.
